    • Hey BOS! Got any scheduled shows this year?! It's been awhile since you guys performed live here in LA. Good question there by Tina, why's Cuba getting all the love?

    • oh by the way my favorite part is this: " Very few bands are making music like this any more, breathy and airy, yet completely sizzling hard rock " DITTO

    • I agree with that totally. B.O.S. are way past the Trower thing, no need to go backwards. I think the reviewer was probably thinking from a Trower angle when he reviewed the disc. Still a great review, but let us not dwell on the past origins of the Band. Rock on and Move on !

    • I thought the review was good but a little too much attention to Trower's roots in it. I think it is much farther beyond Trower, Angry Clouds does tip it's hat to him several times but the reality is the album sounds more like Grand Funk Railroad meets Led Zeppelin to me with crisper vocals. It is truely a unique sound that you can't compare to anything, perhaps the main reason that most comparisons fail in my view. In my time of enjoying your music and shows I've heard numerous attempts at metaphorical comparisons and most of them fail to illustrate the sound well. I will say that the reviewer nailed it on this sentence " Bridge of Sighs is that rarest of bands, one that sets itself so firmly in its own day and space that it turns a completely blind eye to the musical world around it, allowing this dynamite power-trio to explore their heavy rocking muse in total freedom."

    • It must be a thrill for Ryan to join such a well received band. I still feel bad for Mike missing out on the action now but he will always be remembered. The review was great !

    • This is a great quote too ( "Angry Clouds," jaunts along with a vague "western from hell" vibe, riding over a twisted Outlaws-minded riff through its freaking infectious melody.)

    • Hello BOS Just read the review on Ripple Effect,Great review, you guys deserved it. This one line says it all.....Bridge of Sighs is that rarest of bands, one that sets itself so firmly in its own day and space that it turns a completely blind eye to the musical world around it, allowing this dynamite power-trio to explore their heavy rocking muse in total freedom.

    • Tom Wow ! I did not know that Bill Lordan drummed with you guys. That must have been an honor to have a legend like him in the band. I'm sure you heard some great stories from him from the Trower days, Thanks for responding. See you guys in Vegas someday ? Harold

    • Harold,

We played "Shame the Devil" at a few shows in 2003 & 2004 When Bill Lordan was drumming for us. As you are aware Bill was Trower's drummer on that recording and subsequent tours. They played it at a few shows too but shelved it because it didnt go over live very well. We shelved it for the same reasons. It was tough as a 3 piece to make it entertaining. What it needed was a hammond organ live...

      Neely

    • When you guys were a Trower only performance did you guys ever do the song Shame The Devil ?
